Empowering Feminine Energy
What makes a woman confident is her ability to call upon her feminine wisdom.
So often in our world we tend to think of strength as a quality that arises from a place of firm determination and a will to succeed no matter the cost. Even though we might want to think of a strong woman as being defined in this way, what really makes a woman confident is her capacity for listening to her true self and being able to call upon her feminine wisdom to any situation that may arise. A woman does not need to step into an assertive role or act like a man in order to be effective at what she does—she simply needs to get in touch with her insight and sense of compassion to truly demonstrate the depth of her strength.
Listening to the feminine side of ourselves may not seem easy at first for this type of energy is something that is often overlooked in many aspects of our everyday lives. If we can connect with this part of who we are, however, we will find that there is an unlimited wellspring of strength available to us. Our capacity to tap into our intuition and listen to our inner guides, to take into account the needs of those around us, and to view a situation with compassion and love are ways that we can show the world the true power that is part of our feminine nature. When we learn to integrate this source of strength into our daily tasks and decision-making, we will find that we can be more flexible and open to the things that happen around us and more receptive to new ideas. Not only will we see the world in a different light, but we will truly start to realize the potential for this form of energy to both empower ourselves and those around us.
As we cultivate our feminine energy we can redefine the meaning of strength. By embracing our feminine power as something that is strong in its own right, we are able to use it with true assurance and determination and draw upon what truly belongs to us.

I keep seeing more and more data about women's role in the world and how easily this is coming about. I can't tell you how many men have come to me telling me about their wonderful women managers that replaced a man. Women have so much more care and concern for others, and not just their immediate staff either. That quality in women is what lifts them up in the organization, whether business or social work. Whatever it may be, becomes such a valuable asset. I intend on finding statistics backing up my findings so that everyone can see what it is I am talking about.
I just read an article, by Jack Zenger and Joseph Folkman, which was based on a research study they did of 7,280 leaders in 2011.
They looked at leaders in a variety of positions – from very senior management to ‘individual contributor.’ In the study, they asked others to rate the leaders in 16 leadership competencies. According to the data shared in the article, they found that women out-scored men in all but one of the 16 competencies, and in 12 of the 16, the women were better by a significant margin. And, in the words of Zenger and Folkman, “two of the traits where women outscored men to the highest degree — taking initiative and driving for results — have long been thought of as particularly male strengths.”
And though there were more males in the study (and the imbalance increased at higher levels, as is the case in most corporations – at the highest level, 78% of the mangers were men), the women were seen as better leaders at every level. Again, in Zenger and Folkman’s words: “…at every level, more women were rated by their peers, their bosses, their direct reports, and their other associates as better overall leaders than their male counterparts — and the higher the level, the wider that gap grows.”

Yahoo on Thursday disclosed the salary of new CEO Marissa Mayer.
According to the documents, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Mayer will receive an annual base salary of $1 million. She will also receive a yearly bonus of 200 percent of her base salary.
Her annual equity award for 2012 will be $12 million, half in restricted stock that vests over three years, and half as a stock option that vests over 30 months.
If she remains with the company for five years, she will be eligible for a massive performance and retention award of $30 million, which vests over five years.
All of this is normal and natural. Women's bright star is rising in the East, powerful and subtle at the same time. You may have been noticing here and other place where things are indeed changing. Bob Dylan sang of it, but I am not sure her even knew what was changing. Yes, the 60s spurred much change, but unknown to many was the empowerment of women happening.
Who better to nurture change among men than the gender of people that gave them comfort. Obviously men's role is changing too. Being much more subservient and loving toward women as they take more and more control. Deep down, what man wouldn't want that? Have you seen how many men seem to strive for a strong, confident, successful woman's attention? Imagine for a moment, a woman... any woman, possessing several men to make her life easier. You see it all over, embrace it. It is here.
I just looked at the statistics for this blog and do you realize with all the accolades I get for my stories, this entry talking about Women.... and men..... gather 28% more hits than any of the other parts of my blog, at least in the last month. That tells me that Women ... and men.... are interested in the new world order. How can you blame them, when they can sense it moving faster and changing more dramatically... permanently.

Honestly I don't think it is about empowering Feminine Energy, I think its about empowering women. It is time women stepped to the forefront more than they ever have. Look around and you see men working for men and doing so with great diligence. Because of the nurturing nature of women, men find themselves wanting to please them by doing good work and more of it. (do you think men are conditioned to please their mommies)It is those organizations that blend women at the top, and throughout, that can make headway in this tough economic times. Remember men, women do not want to be displeased with your work or with you personally.

I have gotten so many response from men working for a woman dominated company and are very happy. Some find it extremely difficult to not exhibit submissive behaviors when guided to do a task or their job. Imagine the pleasure a woman in power gets when her ideas and directions are greeted with enthusiasm and energy. She would look on favor with that person.... is that person, you?
